This was very good, and fun to make, however I found the addition of the white pepper turned me off! It added an aroma that didn't seem to work for me. I will definitely make this again, omitting the white pepper. Also, I didnt have cumin seed so I used corriander seed, and had no fenugreek.
Really liked this! I did serve with some brown rice for bulk, and softened goat cheese to cut some of the heat. Yogurt would accomplish the same. I will SO make this again. Nice posting; thank you.
