Lovely recipe! I used green tea which made it very nice. Reminds me of what I've had from more expensive tea bags. I will definitely be making this in the future. Thanks for sharing! Made for ZWT6 Queens of Quisine!!

Wow, this is good. I've tried a few chai recipes, and this is the first one I've really, really liked. The cardamom and ginger really come through, with the cinnamon and clove in the background. It's just perfect. I cooked mine on the stovetop as directed, then let it cool and enjoyed it iced. It's just too hot outside for hot tea. But I'm sure I'll try it hot this winter. Thanks so much for sharing.

Terrific Chai, perfectly blended spice flavours for my taste. Easy to prepare, there's just something so very calming and pampering about making a pot of Chai! Thanks for posting. Made for Whine and Cheese Gang ZWT 6 :)

I upped all the spices, based on reviews, a little bit, and really enjoyed this aromatic brew. My tea was not too strong. Used PG Tips.

This Chai is nice and sweet, and lightly spiced. I did not find the tea to be too strong as the other reviewer did. This made a nice treat after dinner. I used cream instead of milk so it was very rich. Made for ZWT6.

This tea was too strong teabag wise and not much spice flavour. I actually steeped a Lipton Yellow Label tea in the water for half the time; I do find these teabags stronger in general. I used double the cinnamon sticks, rice milk for the milk because we are dairy free, dark brown sugar which I recommend and toped it off with all the fixings using a prewhipped bottle of whipped cream (Not recommended). I wont make this again. Made for Comfort Cafe - Snow Queen Round 01/10.
