Made this while my son was home from college, and he really enjoyed it. It is spicy, but the sweetness of the coconut offsets the heat. A big plus was the wonderful smell that filled the house! this was great, spicy, but not hot. I added a little sweet chilli sauce, on the plate. Used chicken wings, followed the recipe except for the coconut. (ends up under , around etc the teeth) I nearly burnt it, added a little water and then a packet of fresh noodles. Thoroughly enjoyed it, also enjoyed the fact that this was something different to what I usually cook. thanks mersaydeespeople found this review Helpful.
